Gathering Together

Worship Service is held in the Fellowship Hall at 11am.
Service is streamed via zoom. Worship is held every Sunday in Fellowship Hall and on Zoom. We welcome all who wish to worship with us. Come, join our Christian Family. If you'd like to join us on Zoom for worship, please contact us for the Zoom link. Got Children?Children's classes are now held in the Wright Building. Childcare for those attending worship is available. Children will remain in the worship service on the first Sunday for Communion and the last Sunday for Fellowship Luncheon. If you would prefer your children to remain in service with you, that is more than fine! We LOVE the sound of children at church!
What does our worship look like?Presbyterians believe that worship is most powerful when there is a mixture of form and freedom! When you visit our service, you would likely notice that our worship services are "structured," containing a mixture of spoken readings, traditional hymns, call and response sections, and a sermon lasting about ten to fifteen minutes. We believe that doing things "decently and in order" helps us grow in our faith.
With that in mind, we are not afraid to experiment and try new things! For example, we have a contemporary service on the last Sunday of the month for believers that long for more freedom in worship. "In whatever form in takes, worship is to be ordered by God's Word and open to the creativity of the Holy Spirit." If you click here, you can read an example of a standard week's order of worship. |
