Gathering Together: Worship

  • Worship Service on Zoom,  Sundays at 10:45.
Traditional worship is held every Sunday on Zoom during the pandemic.  The leadership of the church is continuing to evaluate the safety of meeting in person.  We welcome all who wish to worship with us.  Come, join our Christian Family.  If you'd like to join us for worship, please contact the church office for the Zoom link.
  • Contemporary Service held the last Sunday of each month. Our Contemporary Services are more informal than the traditional services held on other Sundays.  Contemporary music, visual imagery, and a relaxed atmosphere with seating that enhances fellowship, allows worship to flow freely.  Come and worship with us, we think you’ll like it!  A fellowship lunch is held following the Contemporary Service.

  • Music Ministry
St. Andrew has a full choir to help lead the services in music worship.  Anyone who loves music is invited to participate – no formal training or experience needed. Rehearsals are every Thursday at 6:30 pm in the Sanctuary.

St Andrew also has a Praise Group which specializes in contemporary worship music.  If playing an instrument or singing contemporary music is more your thing, please join us in the fun.
  • Ash Wednesday Service
On Ash Wednesday, a Service is held to commemorate the beginning of Lent, the season of repentance and introspection.  Ashes are traditionally bestowed upon the believer’s forehead to remind of us of the sacrifice of our Lord, made for the forgiveness of our sins.  Come and Join us.
  • Palm Sunday Service
On Palm Sunday, the Sunday before Easter, a traditional celebration with Palm branches is held.  This event commemorates the triumphant arrival of Jesus into Jerusalem, before His crucifixion.  Children participate waving palm leaves and shouting “Hosanna!”  We encourage everyone to come celebrate with us.
  • Maundy Thursday service.
The Thursday before Easter is known as Maundy Thursday, or Holy Thursday.  A service is held to remind us of our commission to serve and love one another.  We are reminded of our Lord’s command at the Last Supper, and commemorate this Holy event.  Please come to this moving experience, and join the service of the Lord.
  • Good Friday meditation time.
The Friday before Easter, we invite believers to come meditate in our Sanctuary, and contemplate that day when our Savior was hung upon a cross to pay the terrible burden for our sins.
  • Easter Early Morning Service
In the early morning on Easter Sunday, a service is held away from the church, in an outdoor setting.  Worshipping the risen Christ during the early hours of a new day!  Come and join us for this glorious celebration.
  • Traditional Easter Sunday Service
Easter Sunday, a service is held in the Sanctuary to celebrate the risen Christ, the Hope for believers, and the Joy of our salvation.  We invite all to attend.
  • Pentecost Sunday Service
Pentecost is the celebration which commemorates the arrival of the Holy Spirit, sent by God, to believers and followers of Jesus Christ, His only Son.  Come and join us in this celebration.
  • Christmas Cantata
The church choir will prepare a concert of special music in December for celebrating the Christmas season.  This heart-warming service will inspire you with beautiful arrangements of holiday music.  Excellent for the entire family.
  • Christmas Social
The Wednesday of the week before Christmas, a family social is held with singing of Christmas carols, turkey dinner with all the trimmings, and lots of fun and fellowship.  Oh yes, don’t forget that special visitor!  Come join the fun!
  • Christmas Eve Service
‘Twas the night before Christmas – and it would not be complete without remembering the real reason for the season.  Come celebrate the birth of our Lord, in a worshipful setting.  This candlelight service is a must.
